Internal and external disturbances are inevitable in the process of chemical production.With this disturbance condition,the process system is expected to meet certain technological requirements under the premise of ensuring stability.This paper focuses on the design of a controller which can satisfy the multi-objective constraint under the disturbance environment:1?Aimed at the problem of disturbance environment,this paper used an index called reference to disturbance ratio,which can restrain the controller parameter directly.We can obtain the controller that can resist disturbances to some extent.This method does not need to know the form of disturbance,so it has a good inhibitory effect on unknown interference.2?In this paper,the method based on D-decomposition is proposed for the first time,which can satisfy the multi-objective constraint controller parameter setting method in the disturbance environment--controller parameter region search method.This method has solved the problem that different domain indexes are difficult to be discussed together.Making use of the characteristics of simple and intuitive graphical method,this method can get all the controller parameters that meet the technical requirements directly.Compared with analytic method which directly optimize the performance objective function of the building,this method can reduce the amount of calculation,and solve the problem of parsing analytic solution which may unable to be got,which is easier to apply in the industrial field in practical production.3.Due to the delay in the multi-variable system and the existence of coupled multivariable system,it is more complex to analyze its stability and control performance than analyze a single variable system.This paper adopts the method of equivalent transfer function to design the decoupler.Then this paper focus on studying the effects of the internal system disturbance on the control performance,using the proposed controller tuning method to design the controller of circuits respectively.It finds the controller parameters that can not only offset the effects of internal disturbance,but also meet the technological requirements.The simulation results show that the controller parameters obtained by this method can not only satisfy the expected performance of the system,but also tolerate the disturbance caused by multivariable coupling to a certain extent.
