Research On Crucial Technologies Of Q&A System In Financial Auditing Of Administrative Institutions

With the continuous improvement of search engine and question-and-answer technology,the way users get information is also more concise and the quality of information obtained is gradually improved.According to the current computer auditing development present situation,the professional auditors cannot master all audit in the field of knowledge,not to mention writing effective audit method correctly,but in the actual audit process,often encounter some unfamiliar areas,then the search engine and open domain question answering system role is minimal.In this paper,the administrative institution financial audit Question Answering System(QAS)is designed to recommend suitable auditing methods for auditors.This paper mainly studies the knowledge base and key technology of the financial audit QAS of administrative institutions.In this paper,based on the part of the manual annotation fields word,word from the domain-specific text corpus and expand field construction of knowledge base,then puts forward the answer retrieval based on Dependency Parsing and topological sort matching algorithm,to complete the questions and answers match.First collect about primitive data after pretreatment using the information entropy algorithm thesaurus build candidate areas,and then automatically obtain concept explanation,constructs concept semantic repository,field word extraction algorithm is proposed,based on the concept of word sets a custom field from semantic repository word extraction field,thesaurus and building area.In this paper,we uses the domain lexicon as a custom lexicon for preprocessing questions and audit methods to adjust the semantic dependency tree to help the algorithm better identify domain words.This paper also gives the answer retrieval algorithm,different from the usual questions matching method,is to question matching with the process of auditing methods,this method can not only deal with simple questions,also can process sexual questions.Algorithm is the first question semantic dependency analysis with audit methods,the partial order processing,the semantic dependencies into topology,reuse based on the Levenshtein Distance method,to question the topology and audit approach topology similarity matching.Give a list of answers through ratings and screenings and recommend to the auditor.Finally,the design and analysis of QAS are conducted.From the experimental results on data analysis,the system implementation for administrative institutions financial audit question answering system in line with expectations,the effect of the questions query which questions the query to the process of auditing method has good effect,can answer questions from the auditors of audit method,convenient auditors fast access to relevant audit method,improving the work efficiency in the practical work.
