Fireworks algorithm is a new intelligent algorithm proposed by Chinese scholar Tan Ying,inspired by fireworks exploding in air.According to different fitness values of particles,the algorithm regulates population control parameters: the number and magnitude of the next generation of particles.The adaptability of the fireworks algorithm ensures the diversity of the population particles,and the new SPSO,CPSO and other swarm intelligence algorithms have the characteristics of fast convergence and easy to jump out of the local optimal.Aiming at the shortage of information communication between particles in the optimization process of standard fireworks,the lack of the ability to solve the target function and the longer searching time when the most advantageous position is not in the origin and the origin.In this paper,we first propose a differential evolution algorithm,which guides the chemotaxis operator(BFA).By using the chemotaxis characteristics of particles in bacterial foraging algorithm,we guide particles to evolve into the best ones.The process of chemotaxis can be regarded as the movement of bacteria in the real world moving towards the direction of their nutrition gradient that they like and attract.In the process of particle migration,we will try to avoid being trapped in harmful environment.Usually,particles can move longer distances in a good direction.The core of the improved algorithm is the chemotactic operator,which determines the direction of the particles and guides the whole population evolution.The chemotactic process can effectively avoid the local optimum in the process of improving other particles through optimal solution,which makes the algorithm converge to the global optimal solution quickly,and the use of differential evolution to modify the step length in the chemotactic process is beneficial to improve the accuracy of the algorithm.In the experiment of 12 sets of standard functions and their corresponding six sets of offsets,BFA has greatly improved the accuracy of the solution,but the improvement of timeliness is still not very satisfactory.So on the basis of BFA,we propose a new mixed strategy called fireworks algorithm(MSFA).In the process of optimization,not only the particles and the particles in the population can be assisted to improve each other,but they are not directly discarded,but the levy flight optimization strategy is adopted.By increasing the diversity of population particles,the efficiency of optimization system can be improved.In the 12 sets of standard functions and the corresponding six sets of offset experiments,compared with BFA,the timeliness of MSFA has been significantly improved.Food safety has always been the focus of attention,and aquatic products are an important part of human food,and the exploration and research of its safety have gradually become the focus of attention.In recent years,the demand for fish processed foods is increasing.Fish bones remaining in fish fillets may become harmful factors.Because of the particularity of the fish X pattern,this paper first introduces the Gabor filter to filter the fish,then uses the method of Otsu to segment the filtered image to locate the fish part in the image.In the process of optimizing the Gabor filter,the optimized fireworks algorithm is used as a method to select the optimal parameters of the Gabor filter.A corresponding mathematical model is established by constructing a target function according to the Fisher criterion,and the optimal parameter value of the Gabor filter is obtained by using the MSFA algorithm.The experiment shows that the method of dividing the image directly with the method of using the method of the Canny operator and dividing the image again after the use of the filter is used.The fish needle image after the Gabor filter can be used to find the distribution of the fish better.The improved Gabor filter algorithm has been used in fireworks scene recognition and detection technology and security of aquatic products processing based on hazard(hazard identification and removal technology research project of aquatic product processing process),(the "12th Five-Year" rural areas of national science and technology program subject number: 2015BAD17B02-8),the operation result is good.
