Tool management is very important for the maintenance of an enterprise's production equipment and the realization of information management.However,there are still some problems in the management of enterprise's warehouse with tools,which can not manage tools effectively.After the analysis of the practical needs of warehouses management,this paper finds that the problems existing in the management methods currently used in common items do not apply to the management of warehouses.On this basis,this paper analyzes demands in the warehouse of tool management,presents a new combination of image recognition technology and radio frequency identification technology way of tool management,and because of the existence of the problem of the traditional image recognition technology,the algorithm that image segmentation method with depth image for image recognition is optimized,tool managerment in warehouses which can be effectively applied to the actual management.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:1.This thesis analyzes several image feature extraction techniques commonly used in image recognition technology and some components and working principle of RFID system in RFID technology.2.Studing and completing the work flow of tool warehouse management system,and designed the RFID radio frequency identification technology module and image recognition technology module for different specifications and applications.3.Studing and completing the hardware selection warehouse management system tools,software technology selection.Focus on the use of depth image segmentation optimization of industrial tools and components of the image recognition,the completion of the target recognition of the specific operation.4.Building a tool warehouse management system including cloud server,database,image recognition,radio frequency identification,background software,Android APP and other technologies,and conduct actual testing.The purpose of this thesis is to apply the technology of image recognition and RFID radio frequency identification to realize the traceability management of industrial equipment from the storage,retrieval,borrowing,inquiry,statistics,early warning,transfer,loss reporting and other lifecycles,which is conducive to the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of enterprises Work,the project results also apply to the warehouse management of assets,materials,materials,hazardous chemicals and other products.Therefore,this thesis has a high economic and social benefits.
