With the rapid development of radio technology,new applications needs are presented increasingly.Especially with the rapid development of mobile Internet and Internet of things,mobile terminals also have higher requirements for reliability and security of wireless transmission.The rapid progress of urbanization has made the electromagnetic environment of the city more complex.The high-rise buildings have greatly reduced the function of the traditional radio monitoring network.There are many blind spots and the location accuracy is seriously reduced.At the same time,radio transceiver and spectrum coverage rate increased,the wireless spectrum resources are increasingly scarce,the case of technology crime by radio technology is also increasing,the electromagnetic environment deteriorate further,the electromagnetic interference may cause huge economic losses to the user,and even affect national security.Therefore,how to quickly locate and eliminate the source of interference has become an important work of radio monitoring management.The existing localization algorithm basically meets the positioning accuracy requirement,but the algorithm stability and convergence need to be further improved.Based on the analysis of the current situation of domestic and foreign related research,this thesis introduced the basic principle and methods of radio monitoring and positioning.Time Difference of Arrival(TDOA)positioning technology is the object of this thesis because of its high positioning accuracy,low cost of single station construction and simple system.On this basis,a mathematical model is set up.Then,the Chan algorithm,Taylor algorithm and genetic algorithm are deduced in detail,and use MATLAB to locate the performance simulation and comparison and analysis.The analysis of simulation results shows the problems and shortcomings of various algorithms used in radio monitoring and positioning.Due to the terrain,buildings,or other factors in the actual construction process,the grid based radio monitoring network is often unable to follow the layout of the ideal location.In this thesis,the layout of the random set of sites in the designatedarea is established.Through the comparison and analysis of simulation,it is found that the location performance of each algorithm is only slightly decreased when the location of the site is more,but the performance of each algorithm is decreased in the case of less monitoring sites,and the performance of Taylor algorithm is the most obvious.It shows that the network topology has an impact on the positioning performance.In the actual construction process,we can increase the density of the site to avoid the impact of the poor layout of the site.On the basis of the above research,this thesis applies the cultural algorithm to the radio monitoring and positioning to improve the above problems.This thesis analyzes the basic principles of cultural algorithm,improves the cultural algorithm,deduce the TDOA location model based on the algorithm,and gives algorithm implementation and simulation analysis.Simulation results show that the algorithm can maintain good location accuracy when measuring errors and NLOS errors exist,and has fast convergence speed and stable performance,and achieves the desired effect.
