Research And Implementation Of WiFi Indoor Positioning Technology Based On Android

The positioning technology that we often use in our daily life is GPS positioning technology.From the beginning of the last century to the present,GPS technology has basically met the needs of most people in the outdoor location,and its precision can even reach the meter level,but it can not be accurately located in the interior area.As a result,the research and development of indoor positioning technology has been promoted.In recent years,many indoor positioning technologies,including Bluetooth positioning and RFID positioning,have gradually entered the field of vision.Especially,WiFi positioning technology has become the mainstream of indoor positioning technology with its special coverage and low construction cost.The research of WiFi positioning technology is getting deeper and deeper,and the related location algorithms are emerging one after another.The main tasks I have completed include:(1)the research background of WiFi positioning technology at home and abroad,the development status quo at home and abroad,and related research purposes are generally studied.(2)the basic research on several common indoor positioning techniques at home and abroad is carried out,and the advantages,disadvantages and precision of these indoor positioning techniques are comparatively rough compared.In addition,two kinds of WiFi positioning methods are introduced in detail,and their limitations are described.(3)the influence of various indoor environment factors on the WiFi signal is analyzed,and the shortcomings of the traditional indoor positioning technology algorithm are found,and two methods to improve the positioning accuracy are proposed.(4)design and implement a WiFi indoor location system based on Android mobile terminal.(5)the summary and Prospect of this article are summarized.The system designed in this paper is mainly used in some large indoor places such as libraries,commercial squares,exhibition halls and so on,which can provide users with indoor positioning and navigation services to help users find their destinations quickly.
