Along with the development of the fourth industrial revolution,and the rapid progress in research of intelligent robot,there are more and more robots' movement way,all kinds of mobile mechanism also arises at the historic moment.Omni-directional mobile robot has high flexibility,and it plays an important role in the limited space and complicated building environment.Mecanum wheel omnidirectional mobile robot has a unique advantage and a good development prospects.It becomes the top of the omnidirectional mobile robot.This paper mainly studies when the Mecanum wheel omnidirectional mobile platform moves under the complex environment such as:obstacles,ravines,slopes,concave and convex surface,the vibration reduction effect of the suspension system,by studying the suspension system to strengthen the Mecanum wheel movement stability of the omnidirectional mobile platform.In theory establish between suspension system,Mecanum wheel and the ground of the coupling dynamic model.Choose the reasonable size of Mecanum wheel omnidirectional mobile platform,and design the four-wheel independent suspension system.Select suitable parts material and component model,and using 3D graphics software Pro/E establish Mecanum wheel omnidirectional mobile platform three-dimensional entity model.RecurDyn dynamics simulation software is used to simulate the model under complex environment such as:obstacle,ravines and slopes,concave and convex surface.Study the movement characteristics of suspension system under complex environment,and conclude the conclusion:the vibration reduction effect of four-wheel independent suspension is best.Make prototype and take experiment under complex environment such as:obstruction,ravines,slopes,concave and convex surface.Use Matlab to deal with the experimental data and obtain correct experimental conclusion to verify the correctness of the simulation result.
