Due to the influence of external factors such as acquisition equipment and environment,at the time of insufficient light get images are often low-light drop quality,and the image with noise,in order to solve this problem,this article from the low-light image enhancement and denoising two aspects were studied.In this paper,a low-light image based on atmospheric scattering model is proposed.Algorithm is the first step to calculating the inverted image,a low-light image with noise due to reverse image R,G,B three channel G channel noise content is relatively small,therefore,the maximum figure G channel filter after the image as a guide map,the minimum value of inversion image image gradient information of the guide to improve the fusion filtering,the use of atmospheric scattering model,images of the recovery from details enhancement and noise reducing,and the enhanced image to iterate white balance processing,avoid restoration after the color of the image distortion.And in this paper,a low-light image enhancement and denoising algorithm is proposed to improve adaptive dual-platform histogram equalization.Algorithm firstly according to the characteristics of low-light image threshold,adaptive selection of two platform on the platform under the value and the value,the purpose is to suppress the background of the outstanding image of small target information at the same time,the double platform histogram equalization processing a low-light image,at the same time to take advantage of S type curve mapping range is optimized,finally using adaptive median filter to further enhanced image denoising.In this paper,the multiple sets of low degree of noise image has carried on the experiment,the results show that the algorithm can effectively of low-light image enhancement and denoising,and the algorithm complexity is low,in dealing with a low-light image quality has good robustness and practicality.
