In recent years,with the rapid development of emerging technologies such as internet of things,big data,and artificial intelligence,smart classroom that integrates new education concepts and support the development of classroom teaching have become the focus of education informatization research.Comprehensive,concomitant collection and aggregation of teaching and learning data in smart classroom,building a perspective view of education and teaching for individual and the whole,which also providing data support for teaching process analysis,education monitoring and evaluation,and intelligent decision-making for education.This paper discusses data perception issues in smart classroom.Addressing the characteristics of diverse data sources and complex data structures in smart classroom,this paper studies multi-source heterogeneous data processing technologies and designs and implements multi-source heterogeneous data perception system in smart classroom.This paper first introduced the concept,development and research status of the smart classroom,put forward the conceptual model of the smart classroom,analyzed the development of the perception technology of the smart classroom,and focused on the perception technology based on the smart terminal.At the same time,data sources of smart classroom were summarized,and ETL framework model and data extraction,transformation,and loading processes were studied.Secondly,based on the research of smart classroom perception technology and multi-source heterogeneous data processing technology,combined with the needs of smart classroom perception system and the concept of smart classroom design,the overall framework of the multi-source heterogeneous perception system for smart classroom is proposed.The key components such as sensor management and data sensing have been designed in detail.Then the implementation process of multi-source heterogeneous data perception system in smart classroom was discussed in detail,including hardware device deployment,data acquisition,multi-source heterogeneous data processing,and sensor management,etc.Tests have shown that this system can achieve collection and aggregation of multi-source heterogeneous data in smart classroom.Based on this,this paper has carried out a case study of the perception system application,which using the iBeacon device and Bluetooth 4.0 technology,based on the distance weighted centroid algorithm,to achieve automatic classroom attendance function in smart classroom.Finally,this paper analyzed the part that need to be further improved and developed in the multi-source heterogeneous perception system of smart classroom in detail,if also looked forward to the application and development direction of data awareness technologies in smart classroom and education.This paper researches the multi-source heterogeneous perception system in smart classroom,collects and aggregates various teaching situation data,deep insights into learner status,fully supports the implementation of various teaching activities,and provides data support services for teaching management,teaching guidance,and teaching research.The research results have certain reference value for planning and construction of smart classroom.
