In recent years,with the deterioration of the ecological environment and the natural variation of goat's gene,the morphological structure of cashmere has shown inconstant changes,which has brought great difficulties to the identification of cashmere and wool.The research and indentification of fiber maps of cashmere and other special animals were classified by different production areas.A cashmere fiber atlas library in various producing areas was established to collect,store,share and manage characteristic maps of cashmere fiber scales in different regions.Compared with book data,the fiber map library can quickly and timely update the morphological characteristics of fibers,which is of great significance for the identification of cashmere fibers.This article focuses on the following three aspects:(1)The collection of cashmere and other animal fiber samples and the extraction of fiber characteristic parameters: In this paper,domestic cashmere fibers,wool fibers and other animal fibers were collected and sorted out.The characteristic parameter information of the fiber images is experimentally studied with the reference of the daily work experience.In the course of the study,cashmere from nine different production areas was selected.Samples were taken from the angle of the age and sex of the sheeps.Electronic microscopic fineness instrument was used to collect information on the cashmere scales.According to the different morphological structures of cashmere scales,the identification model and the database of cashmere atlas in different production areas were established.On the basis of daily work,experiments on scale characteristics,scale smoothness,light transmittance and aspect ratio were carried out.The morphological parameters of cashmere and wool were summarized.And the identification model of cashmere and wool fibers was constructed.(2)The establishment of cashmere and other animal fibers map databases: Taking full advantage of computer technology,using Mysql as a database platform,and combining the application of Mybatis framework technology and Dbcp database pool technology,the collected fiber images are collated into the atlas database.Based on the Java and MySQL development environment,the first cashmere feature library system in China was established.The database has a friendly interface and has the functions of importing,storing,sharing,classifying and querying and displaying the characteristic map data.(3)The construction of identification system on the basis of fiber feature parameters: According to the map database,a fiber image identification system was designed.The identification decision tree is constructed based on years of experience and fiber characteristic parameters.On the basis of the binary tree algorithm,a fiber image identification system is constructed by using multiple conditional statements.This system is simple and clear.After testing,the system can identify fibers with obvious characteristics.The database of the library system is friendly and clear,convenient to query and has important practical significance.
