With the rapid development of innovative technologies such as internet finance,big data,and data mining.The bank's business form has also changed.Self-service equipment has gradually become the main channel for satisfying customers' diverse needs and services.Self-service equipment has high operating costs during the operation process.This forces banks to rethink the positioning of outlets.,Promote the transformation of outlets and transformation of business processes to promote the construction of bank information management.This article mainly uses computer algorithms as tools,and uses data analysis,data mining and other technologies as tools to deeply analyze the operation and management workflow of the automatic Teller Machine(hereinafter referred to as ATM),and to increase the banknote planning and amount through technical means.The optimization of management workflows aims to improve the service capabilities and customer satisfaction of ATMs at the bank,while at the same time saving labor management costs and improving the operating revenue of ATMs.The main contents include:1.Formulate a strategy for selecting the priority of cashing equipment,and screen out equipment that needs to be added or cleared according to the priority strategy.All selected devices use the improved K-MEANS algorithm to intelligently group all devices that need to add notes to solve problems such as detours in the process of adding notes,and too long routes cannot be completed within the specified time.2.Data mining based on ATM machine history clearing and banknotes data,establishing ARMA time series mathematical model.The model is used to forecast the average daily cash demand of the equipment.Then,based on the daily average cash demand forecasted by each equipment and the manually configured banknote allocation strategy as a parameter,the amount of money added is calculated.It provides scientific guidance for the bank to determine the amount of equipment to be added to the bank,avoiding as many or as few cases as possible,and effectively reducing the out-of-funds rate and cash-out ratio of self-service equipment.3.Through the ant colony algorithm to increase the banknote path planning for the grouped equipment,based on the ant colony algorithm combined with a map navigation service for optimal solution,to find the shortest path or the time-consuming path.The integrated banknote-increasing path and return path planning will eventually form a closed loop for the banknote-increasing path,aiming to reduce the bypassing of the banknote-increase vehicles,reduce the operating cost,and increase the efficiency of banknote-increase.
