Nowadays,the development of automatic storage industry is so fast,that it has brought great benefits to enterprises in various fields.In warehousing goods,the most important thing is goods sorting.Only by sorting different goods into different areas,can we manage goods more reasonably and ensure that goods are stored reasonably.In the goods sorting,the best equipment is the automatic storage and sorting system,which can replace the manual operation and realize the efficient sorting.Industrial robot has the advantages of high efficiency,high precision,high safety factor and easy to manage and maintain.The efficiency and accuracy of the sorting of goods can be greatly improved by its application on the storage and sorting line.This paper mainly takes HBHX-RCPS-C10 industrial robot technology application training platform produced by Jiangsu Hui Bo Robot Technology Co.,Ltd.as the research object,mainly studies the industrial robot's system integration in the warehouse sorting production line.The robot application system is composed of six parts including industrial robots,AGV robots,pallet production line,the workpiece box production line,the visual system and stereo warehouse system.The main goal of this system is to handle the workpiece from the warehouse to the pallet production line through the AGV robot,and to identify the workpiece through the visual system on the pallet production line,and to grasp and pack the workpiece in categories by industrial robot.The whole system is controlled and netted by SIEMENS S7-1200 PLC.TIA Portal software is used to program PLC and touch screen,and G120 inverter is configured as parameters.The system uses X-sight SV4-30 ml intelligent visual camera produced by Xinjie Company to collect the space coordinate of the workpiece,and transfer the PLC calculation result to the robot for handling and palletizing the workpiece and pallet.This system is a typical example of robot application in industrial automation production.It has great reference significance for the factory automation and intelligent transformation.
