Fuzzy classification technology has an important application in data mining,pattern recognition,intelligent system and other fields.The improved traditional fuzzy classification algorithm can adapt to the big data processing environment,and ensure that it has higher time efficiency or classification accuracy,which has become One of the important research direction of fuzzy system,machine learning,data processing,etc.The work is as follows:1.For common difficult problem that the fuzzy classification system to deal with large data directly,in this paper,we take an improvement for the classification of the algorithm of classical Chi-FRBCS(Fuzz-Rule-based Classification Systems),and proposed MR-FRBCS Classification algorithm,and simulation experiment with this algorithm.The algorithm applies MapReduce to realize storage and processing of big data sets,and can get high time efficiency or classification accuracy by classifying and processing according to the different methods of rules.2.Following software engineering specifications,we design and realization a part of data integrated management and intelligent analysis system of dongjianghu river basin.Building the multiple functions of the system database subsystem,each module implements the corresponding function of data management and intelligent analysis,and has tested the part of the software,and the MR-FRBCS algorithm is applied to the classification of meteorological data processing.The system is stable and reliable,which is in line with the user demand,and can provide effective support for the scientific management and administrative decision-making of the government functional departments in the east lake valley.
