With the advent of the fourth industrial revolution,the explosive growth of the Internet of things will bring users the demand for high-speed wireless data transmission.However,high speed data transmission rate usually means a lot of energy consumption.On the basis of guaranteeing the Qos of users,how to design reliable and effective resource allocation schemes to minimize energy consumption is becoming more and more important in system design.Reliable and effective resource allocation scheme depends not only on effective resource allocation algorithm,but also on the feedback of channel state information.Because of uncertain factors such as estimation error,quantization error and transmission error in feedback channel,it will directly affect the fast and accurate channel state information and the result of radio resource allocation.Therefore,this paper studies the resource allocation scheme for the wireless transmission system in the ideal and non ideal channel state information(CSI).The main contributions of this paper are summarized as follows:1.Consider the millimeter wave OFDMA transmission system,the idea of CRAN will be introduced to the OFDMA network.By using the idea of smart antenna and joint RRHs services,the same carrier can used on different RRHs to maximize the system throughput while satisfying the requirement of transmission optimization problem.Based on the convex optimization theory and the method,efficient resource allocation algorithm is proposed to obtain the optimal solution.The simulation results show that the proposed joint resource allocation algorithm can obtain better system performance.2.Consider a point-to-point transmission system with the certain boundary of estimation error of the non ideal channel state information.By using the ellipsoid approximation method,the estimate error of channel state information can be modeled as a uncertainty set.And a stochastic optimization problem is proposed to minimize the power consumption of the system,the data transmission delay and the overflow rate of data packet.In view of the randomness of the time varying channel and the arrival of the packet,a reliable and effective resource allocation algorithm is designed to optimize the objective probelm by using the online learning method.The simulation results show that the proposed online learning algorithm can obtain better performance.3.For real systems,the boundary of estimation error of the non ideal channel state information can not be predicted.Based on online learning method,an improved resource allocation scheme is designed to solve this situation,and a good system performance is achieved.
