With the continuous development of chemical technology and computer technology,the level of informationization,networking and intelligence continues to increase,and the chemical industry is in the trend of large-scale and park-oriented.In addition petrochemical production with "high temperature and pressure,flammable,continuous operation,chain length," and other characteristics of enterprises operating skills of operators have higher requirements.Not only to ensure safe and stable production plant,long cycle,full load to run,but also requires the operator to quickly master the skills,so the chemical simulation training system needs more and more high.In view of these problems,this paper takes Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Group as an example to study and design a coal chemical simulation training system based on B/S architecture from simulation training system architecture,chemical process modeling,bi-directional push of production process data and data communication.In this paper,the development and application of various technologies as the beginning of the thesis,based on a full understanding of these technologies in the detailed analysis,and put forward a move to the training browser,LAN into the Internet,chemical production process simulation training and professional Teaching and training closely together the idea.First of all,the architecture of the system is designed.By using WebSocket two-way asynchronous feature in html5,the bi-directional data pushing of production data on the B/S side is realized.Then the functional modules of the system are designed and the main functions of the system are described.Then,according to the methods of chemical process modeling and process solving methods,combined with the main unit equipment in the chemical production process,the dynamic simulation model of chemical process is studied.Then according to the functional requirements of the system for data communication,OTS-DCS interface communication Optimized design.Finally,after the development of various parts of the system is completed,the system operation is tested and realized.The coal chemical simulation training system studied in this paper solves the problem that the enterprise training is out of line with the actual production and the school education can not be really hands-on operation,which can effectively improve the quality of the chemical simulation training and ease the chemical production safety frequently occurring at present.The system has a strong scalability and portability,with good research value.
