As the number of files in the archives increases,the traditional management methods gradually can not meet the urgent requirements of the current file management,which have many shortcomings,such as cumbersome management,inefficient query and easy to lose.Radio frequency identification(RFID)technology has the advantages of rapid identification,non-contact reading,long service life and so on.The application of RFID technology in the file management system will greatly improve the efficiency of file information collection and simplify management procedures.In this thesis,the file management system about research and design is based on RFID technology.Firstly,compares with the traditional identification technology,it is discussed in the elements,classification and working principle of RFID technology,and summarize its advantages and disadvantages.And,after making a comprehensive feasibility analysis of the file management system,it is studied in the designed scheme of the RFID file management system.Secondly,This thesis introduces some basic anti-collision algorithms,anylses its performance and shortcomings.Adaptive improved collision tree algorithm(AICT)based on continuity is proposed to improved collision tree algorithm.This thesis investigates in detail into the instruction and execution flow of AICT,conducts in-depth theoretical analysis,simulates superiority of the algorithm performance in contrast with others.Finally,This thesis gives implementation process of the file management system.It seriously analyses module of information acquisition and data processing,file management,user management about file management system.And carefully introduces the realization functions and methods of each module through some physical maps,file management system client and WEB-side query interface,user management interface and database structure design.The thesis innovative puts forward an adaptive improved collision tree algorithm based on continuity in order to solve the tag collision problem.Under the same experimental conditions,the simulation results show that compared with the improved collision tree algorithm,the adaptive improved collision tree algorithm can improve the identification efficiency by 10% when the tag numbers are continuous,and increase the identification efficiency by 20% when the tag label numbers are discontinuous.The traffic in the identification process is reduced by 30%.AICT could simply solve the collision between the tags and improved the data collection efficiency of the file management system,and effectively reduced the communication volume.The file management system is easy and convenient to realize the real-time file management,which could meet the needs of file management in the present society.
