With the arrival of “Industry 4.0”,the logistics industry is developing in the direction of intelligence.In recent years,The rapid development of e-commerce has brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges to the development of the logistics industry.At this time,the manual sorting mode of traditional logistics has been unable to bear the enormous pressure of logistics sorting.In order to alleviate the pressure of logistics sorting,this paper proposes an AGV based on intelligent visual guidance and RFID navigation for logistics sorting.Using AGV robots to sort goods breaks down the sorting work mode of the traditional people looking for things,and realizes the new sorting mode of goods-to-people.This sorting mode is highly automated and intelligent,which improves the sorting efficiency,reduces the sorting error rate,and also reduces the time and operation cost of logistics.In this design,the AGV robots read the grid-laid RFID tags of geographic information through RFID technology,and get the accurate location information through RFID tags.In the direction of AGV robots' orientation and rectification,we use image recognition technology to extract information from combined color blocks.The AGV robots can get the direction from the combination type of combined color blocks.The AGV robots also use the geometry center of combined color blocks to adjust the route through the PID regulation algorithm,so that the AGV robots run steadily along the line.In the aspect of AGV robots path planning,a heuristic path search algorithm for the actual scene is designed to realize the path planning of the AGV robots.After completing the design and implementation of the algorithm,the software and hardware design of the AGV robots with STM32 is designed,at the same time the scheduling system for assignment and path planning of AGV robots is also designed.The scheduling system carries out task allocation and path planning based on the status information and location information which reported by the AGV robots.The AGV robots based on intelligent visual guidance and RFID navigation are used for goods sorting of warehousing logistics and AGV robots can greatly improve the automation and Intelligentization of logistics sorting.Therefore,the research and development of this design has certain innovation significance and practical value.It is proved by the factory environment that the AGV robots system has the advantages of high flexibility and strong anti-interference ability.
