Switched systems have been widely applied in various application and science fields for they can describe the systems models better in many practical engineering projects. However, with our further research,it is found that a single switching system can not accurately describe a complex system with random disturbance and time delay. Therefore, the estimation and control of stochastic time delay switched systems by stochastic systems and switched systems theory is one of the methods to solve this problem, with significant research value. In this paper, based on the average dwell time method and stochastic analysis methods,we will analysis and design for stochastic switched systems with random delay. The main contents are as followings:1.We investigates the issue of finite time stability and state estimation for switched nonlinear systems with delays.Firstly,by using the average dwell time method and the Lyapunov function method,a new finite time stability criterion for stochastic switched systems with random delay is given in the form of LMIs.Then, the state estimator is designed to ensure meansquare finite-time stability of the augmented error system.2.The issues of mean-square finite-time stability analysis and state estimator design for stochastic switched neural networks with neutral delay are investigated in this paper.A sufficient condition which can deal with the finite-time stability for a class of stochastic switched systems with neutral delay is derived. It is a general method that we can extend it to study the finite-time stability for stochastic switched neural networks with neutral delay. Then,a stability criterion with average dwell time constraint for neutral-type stochastic switched neural networks is proposed.Furthermore,a state estimator, which ensures mean-square finite-time stability of an augmented system,is designed.3.We concerned with the problems of passivity and passification for nonlinear switched systems subject to stochastic disturbance and time delay.Firstly, based on average dwell time technique,a sufficient condition is obtained in terms of matrix inequalities, which ensure the nonlinear switched stochastic time-delay system under asynchronous switching to be finite-time stable and stochastically passive. Then, the switched passive controllers are designed based on the system. Finally,a general algorithm for solving such problems is given in the solution of the passive controller. Finally,we make a summary of this paper, and the direction of further study is given.
