The measurement of human body size and the establishment and remolding of the human body model are of great significance to the garment manufacturing industry.There are two ways of human body size measurement,manual measurement and non-contact measurement.With the development of Internet technology,traditional manual measurement has been unable to meet the needs of current network providers.In this paper,the two dimensional non-contact measurement is mainly studied.Two-dimensional non-contact measurement,that is,through the projection of the front and side of the human body to obtain the human body's real size information,is also known as the human size of the visual measurement.The three-dimensional information of the human body also needs to be obtained by a two-dimensional image.A non-contact human body measurement system is studied in this paper.Obtain dimension information from the front and side two-dimensional images provided by the user.First,we calibrate the picture,correct the human aberration and make the data more precise.After that,we transform the corrected pictures into HSV color models,then extract the human outline and find the feature points.Then,the feature size is extracted from the feature points,and the proportion of the image feature size to the height is calculated.Thus,the actual ruler of each part of the user is obtained.On the basis of visual measurement of human body size,a method of human body reconstruction is designed.Based on the extracted figure of human body,the anchorage points on the contour of the body parts are calculated,and then the 3D deformation circle is generated by these anchorage points.The initial human mesh model is constructed by connecting all the points on the 3D deformation circle,and the 3D body model is obtained after the cubic convolution interpolation texture mapping.The user can remould the image of the body by changing its body and body weight.In the process,the overall consistency and consistency are maintained.This paper uses HSV color model of human contour extraction method is not high on the camera condition compared with the traditional method to obtain the contour of the human body more clearly,in the process of reshaping the image of the human,we propose a new method through the 3D deformation radius from the common 2D image generation 3D human body model.The human body in the image can be remolded by reshaping the related three-dimensional human body.The deformation is quantitative,real-time,and reversible.At the same time,it also provides convenience for many non professional users.It is proved by the experiment that the image of the human body reconstructed by this method is good.The research content of this paper is applied in the field of clothing design,which can better solve the difficult problem of the user's online shopping.Clothing manufacturers can quickly get the size of the consumer's body,tracking the consumer to remind changes.Build a human model database.
