Image is an important source for human to obtain information,in recent years,with the rapid development of multimedia technology and the Internet and the popularity of digital image processing technology has received wide attention,there are a lot of applications,with the image processing technology and related fields demand increased,and the request for image processing results is high.For example,in the field of very hot artificial intelligence,image denoising,as a preprocessing of pattern recognition,has played a great role.The main purpose of the image denoising technique is to remove the noise interference and blurred,and to improve the image with the predetermined target.Image denoising attempts to restore the contaminated image by using some prior knowledge of adding noise.Image denoising is an important part of image preprocessing.The quality of its processing directly affects the quality of subsequent image processing and analysis,such as image edge detection,compression,segmentation,and target recognition.In this paper,a image denoising algorithm based on line similarity matching is proposed.The effect of noise reduction is improved both in the experimental data and in the visual effect.This paper is mainly divided into four parts,the first part introduces some transform domain thresholding denoising algorithm,the second part introduces two kinds of singular value decomposition and fast implementation of singular value decomposition algorithm,in the process of noise reduction using singular valuedecomposition as 3D transform,the third part introduces the noise reduction algorithm is proposed based on similarity matching algorithm of line the increased sparsity of 3D block(in favor of the noise image,then separation)application of Golub-Kahan SVD algorithm,improves the running speed,the fourth part is the experimental results,experiments show that the noise reduction algorithm is proposed in this paper has better noise reduction effect and faster running speed.
