Membrane computing is a new branch of natural computing and a biological computing model.It is a computational model derived from the cells,organs,brain,and other life structures of the organism.The membrane computing model covers the knowledge of many fields,such as biology,computer science,medicine and so on.There are three main types of membrane computing: cell type,tissue type and spiking neural P system.If the cells in the tissue P system are converted into neurons,the spiking neural P system is formed.The spiking neural P system is an extended model of the tissue type membrane system.In 2006,M.Ionescu proposed the spiking neural P system based on the principle that neurons can communicate with each other through a pulse.After nearly ten years of development,a variety of types have been derived from the spiking neural P system.Both in the generation mode and in the receiving mode,spiking neural P system has a strong computing power and can efficiently deal with complex problems.This not only creates a new possibility for the development of computer science and biology,but also widens the way for people to explore the development of future computers.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance to study the spiking neural P system in depth.At the same time,it is of great practical significance to study its application.At present,scholars mainly focus on the following three aspects of theoretical study of spiking neural P system: Research on the system's small universality,research system computing function and research system's computing universality.Therefore,in terms of theoretical research,we propose a new computational model of the spiking neural P system,that is,the weighted plastic spiking neural P system excited by the maximum number of pulses.There are different instructions in each module of register M.By simulating the calculation process of instructions in each module,we study the generality of the system under the production mode.At the same time,the computational generality of the system in the receiving mode is studied by adding the INPUT module.It is proved that the system has the universality both in the generation mode and in the receiving mode.In the field of application,the pulse neural membrane system has obvious advantages and high parallelism,so it is often used to solve the difficult problem of computing.The impulse system is a kind of neural membrane model derived from organisms out,in order to broaden the research ideas of impulsive neural membrane system,this paper introduces the learning rules in pulse neural membrane system,the structure with a learning algorithm of the dynamic creation of synaptic plasticity pulse neural membrane system model,find the combination of between artificial neural network and impulsive neural membrane system,explore the new direction of impulsive neural membrane system research.The topological structure of the pulse nerve membrane system is composed of digraph.Each neuron in the system is represented by a node.The system connects the synapses with two adjacent neurons.This is similar to the topological structure of artificial neural networks.The artificial neural network is widely used in pattern recognition,so it is possible to combine the pulse neural membrane system with the neural network to broaden its application field.In the field of image processing,the application of cell membrane system and tissue membrane system is mainly applied to solve the basic image processing problems,but the application of pulse nerve membrane system to image processing is very few.Spiking neural membrane system and image processing have parallel characteristics,so this paper will plastic spiking neural P system applied to handwritten digital recognition,through the simulation experiment,proved the feasibility of impulsive neural plasticity membrane system in the field of image processing based on this effectively expands the application field of the pulse neural membrane system.
