Water is the source of life.Due to the uneven distribution of water resources in the region,the shortage of water resources is becoming more and more serious,especially in the coastal areas.At the same time,the high water loss rate of pipelines is one of the main reasons.And it was discovered only when there was serious water leakage.At this time,the waste of water resources has been very serious.At present,the labor costs for the leakage detection are large,and the problems such as complicated operation and non-real-time are becoming increasingly hot issues.With the rapid development of informatization and artificial intelligence,it is of great significance to propose a remote intelligent leak detection system based on the cloud platform to automatically detect leaks and alarms remotely.Based on the investigation of the existing leak detection system,this paper proposes a leak detection system based on NB-IoT for the cloud platform.The design includes four subsystems:leaky data collection,NB-IoT transmission,cloud platform and leak diagnosis.The leakage data acquisition subsystem is based on the acoustic signal detection method to collect data related to water leakage,including the hydrophone remote water meter and water leakage detection module,which can greatly reduce the waste of manpower and material resources;the NB-IoT subsystem is designed and implemented to detect The amount of water data sent to the cloud through the NB-IoT module,the system includes BC95,SIM card,AT commands and data forwarding function modules,NB-IoT as a long-distance 5G cellular network dedicated Internet of Things protocol,support for underground depth coverage,and giant The connection characteristics can better meet the huge number of nodes in the IoT network.The cloud platform subsystem builds the management system software and realizes the receipt and storage of leaked data information.The results of leak analysis of the corresponding equipment data are given through the chart to display the diagnostic information display report,which can achieve rapid and simple expansion.The leaking diagnosis subsystem can effectively judge the leak detection condition by combining the sound signal detection method and the deep learning detection method.Finally,the system passed the test and the results showed that the pipeline leakage detection system based on NB-IoT can accurately collect the vibration signal data of the water flow,and send the data by the NB-IoT module to receive data and manage users and devices on the cloud platform.The data storage function can detect leaks in the range of 0-35ml/s leakage,accuracy of 5ml/s,10ml/s,and 35ml/s.The accuracy rate can reach 79%,92%,and 99%,respectively.Further work in the future can optimize embedded terminal hardware and leak diagnosis algorithms,add coding and decoding functions in the transmission process,and make detailed management functions for different scenarios.
