Route Based SMOTE Improvement Algorithm L-SMOTE

This paper mainly studies the improvement of the unbalanced data algorithm S-MOTE,which effectively preserves the information of the original data and has a new point in which the number of safe samples is less.The noise probability of SMOTE al-gorithm is very large when data mixing is serious.In this paper,the SMOTE algorithm based on route is introduced.On the basis of analyzing and studying the SMOTE algorith-m and its improved algorithm,the method of improving the security of the pre judgment points of the previous Boderline-SMOTE and other improved algorithms is improved,and the number of different points around the point is no longer the criterion,but from the point generation route,the route is judged.Whether it is safe or not to generate new points.On the basis of no prior classification,L-SMOTE generates new points that are more reasonable and safe than the SMOTE algorithm and other improved algorithms.
