Research On Trust Model Of P2P Network Based On Incentive Mechanism

With the rapid development and application of P2P network,lots of malicious and selfish nodes appeared due to the P2P network's characteristics like openness,autonomy and anonymity.Therefore,behaviors like unreliable service,association to defraud and acquisition without contribution have popped up,which have limited the application of the Internet and enormously wasted the bandwidth.So the trust of the P2P network has been given more and more attention.As many existing models lack effective motivating mechanism to prevent malicious nodes and suffer a low efficiency of choosing query path,this paper proposes a P2P trust model with motivating mechanism.Namely,motivational factors(interaction factors,recommendation factors,sniffer factors,and penalty factors)can enhance the trust between different nodes to improve the performance of the whole model.This paper studies the following aspects and has obtained some research results:(1)A P2P network trust model with incentive mechanism is proposed.This model set up incentive factors based on the difference of the trust value of the nodes,which are supervised and managed with the distributed method.(2)The calculation of trust degree is improved.The interaction factor is added to the calculation of direct trust,and the recommendation factor is added to the recommended trust,and the time attenuation factor is introduced in the consideration of the historical reputation value of the node.This manner of calculation evaluates the trust relationship between nodes and effectively holds back their malicious behaviors to promote their conversion into active nodes.Moreover,the involvement of time attenuation factors can guarantee the importance of recent interaction and motivate nodes to contribute more of their resources.(3)The way of path finding is improved.Through the improvement of the pheromone updating strategy and the introduction of the sniffer factor and the penalty factor,the recommendation path is screened in the search process of the trust path,meanwhile the nodes with malicious behavior are punished accordingly.Then,the malicious actions can be curbed and the efficiency of path searching can be improved.At last,the simulation experiment verified the validity of the model.The effectiveness of path finding and incentive optimization sub-module,trust calculation and incentive sub-module,and rewarding & punishing system was been tested through experiments.The results show that the model in this paper can effectively inhibit and prevent some of the malicious actions in P2P network,encourage the conversion of selfish nodes into active ones and find the path more efficiently.
