Image Registration Based On Optimized Ant Algorithm

Image registration is a basic problem in image processing technology.Its main purpose is to find the best registration position between two or more images based on gray attributes and image resolution.It can also be said that the image registration technology is not at the same time point,different sensors or different angles combine two or more images that need to be registered into one image.Image registration methods can be basically divided into three types: image registration based on local invariant descriptors,image registration methods based on grayscale processing,and feature-based image registration methods.In this paper,the image processing technology based on grayscale processing is used to optimize the output parameters of the future ant colony algorithm.These parameters are used in the geometric transformation formula,making the registration technology more accurate and efficient.The method of optimizing the ant colony algorithm is to use the firefly algorithm to initialize the parameters of the ant colony algorithm,which can shorten the running time of the ant colony algorithm.Ant colony algorithm is an optimization algorithm for simulating ant colony foraging behavior.The algorithm adopts a positive feedback method of parallel optimization mechanism.It has strong robustness,is easy to optimize,and is easy to integrate with other algorithms.It solves many complex optimization problems.The excellent performance and great development potential have attracted many domestic and foreign scholars to study this algorithm.Therefore,the application of ant colony algorithm in image registration has theoretical and practical significance.The article introduces the research significance,development background and research status of image registration technology,and discusses the basic knowledge and theory of ant colony algorithm and firefly algorithm respectively.On the basis of these theories,the advantages and disadvantages of the optimized ant colony algorithm in terms of efficiency are proved by experiments,and another set of experiments is used to prove the advantages and disadvantages of this algorithm for image registration.
