User feedback is an important part of user experience optimization.User reviews are the most important and direct component of user feedback in Internet application products.By dealing with user reviews,user needs and the usability of products can be effectively obtained,providing effective support for product optimization iterations.Data mining technology has developed rapidly in the era of big data.User semantic intelligent analysis platform that based on data mining is designed to use artificial intelligence to simplify the sub-process of user feedback,which can liberate the designers from the tedious and repetitive paperwork and explore the application of the artificial intelligence in design research.The platform takes the natural language processing as the core technical point,and carries out detailed practice on the application of natural language processing in the Chinese context.The main flow of the platform is as follows:The user uploads the large-text user comments to the platform for analysis,and the platform outputs the top 10 questions including requirements,advantages and disadvantages,keywords,and the original comments behind each question.The platform provides strong support for all work in subsequent design studiesBy using the detailed analysis of the original comments of the user feedback,the platform explores the expressions and constituent features of the user requirements and product usability issues in the reviews,and proposes the basic composition forms of user requirements and usability problems with universal applicability.On this basis,the existing natural language processing technology is used to perform semantic processing of word segmentation,sentiment analysis,and dependency grammar analysis on the original text.On this basis,the existing natural language processing technology is used to perform semantic processing such as word segmentation,sentiment analysis and dependency grammar analysis on the original text,and then the semantic processing results are analyzed by viewpoint analysis,viewpoint label extraction and polarity analysis.Finally,the data similarity calculation is performed to obtain the clustering results of user requirements and product usability analysis.This article discusses the strategy of functional design.Based on a thorough study of usage scenarios and user cognition,a user-centered design approach is used to propose a platform design flow.Through multiple user feedback iterations of functional design,the platform's interactive interface design model was finally constructed.Finally,based on the full practice,the visual interface of the platform is designed according to the interaction prototype.Through the joint efforts of designers and engineers,the product is finally realized and put into use.The platform can be used in design research to effectively improve the efficiency of obtaining effective information in a large amount of user information.This paper makes explorations and attempts for the application of artificial intelligence in design,and provides new tools and methods for design research.
