In the 21st century,China was gradually transformed from the traditional agricultural mode into a modern one.In this process,the popularization and promotion of agricultural technologies are closely related to the quality of grassroots agricultural staff.Therefore,we must attach great importance to the training and selection of agricultural technicians and establish sound rules and regulations so that the true outstanding agricultural personnel who both have professional ability and morality can join in.With the development of information technology,online examination system is applied more and more widely.A favourable intelligence examination system can reduce the burden of implementation of teaching and organizing,meanwhile promote the fairness of the examination.At present,there are few intelligence examination systems only for agricultural technicians.Based on this,it is of great practical significance to study the online intelligence system for agricultural technicians especially concentrated on exploring the rules of agricultural extension training,innovating educational concepts and changing the way of training and selecting technicians.As technology advances,the Online Intelligence Examination System will gradually replace traditional paper-based exams.In this paper,the related theories of intelligent examination system are studied in depth.Guided by classical measurement theory,the multi-objective programming model is established,which is restricted by the coverage of knowledge points,the difficulty of test questions and the degree of discrimination.According to the actual situation of agricultural examiners,the advantages and disadvantages of many kinds of algorithms are analyzed and compared.In the genetic algorithm,a piecewise real number coding method is proposed to initialize the population automatically based on the knowledge point coverage and the extraction rate and the degree of discrimination.In order to make the better individuals inherit to the next generation,a selection operator method of quadratic elite mechanism is proposed.The selection method of crossover operator and mutation operator is improved by adaptive probabilistic method.Experimental results show that the improved algorithm is more adaptive,converges faster and can approach the optimal solution.This paper takes MyEclipse as the system development tool,Tomcat as the application server and Mysql as the backstage database system.By using the Java programming language and HTML synthetically,combined with genetic algorithm,this paper constructs an intelligent agricultural technician examination system based on B/S mode.System implements three levels permissions including administrator,test paper,test candidates and it can automatically generate testing papers,analyze the scores and generate statistical reports.The results of white box and black box testing methods show that the system can quickly and efficiently generate the test paper,and the probability of test question extraction is relatively balanced,which amends the phenomena of repetitive questions in the traditional test.
