Schistosomiasis is a kind of parasitic disease which has a serious impact on the health of our people and harms the social development.And it is important in early warning and monitoring prevention.At present,the construction of the national early warning monitoring and diagnosis of schistosomiasis network platform has begun to take shape,but due to a late start,keeping sustained and effective operation and considerable development still faces many challenges.This paper has the research on the design and implementation of WEB server for schistosomiasis control system based on Java.It is designed to solve the digital problem of schistosomiasis epidemic monitoring,control and early warning along the river(lake)and make the schistosomiasis lag become real-time early warning.Finally,make it become a targeted and real-time digital disease control system.Firstly,this paper proposes a model to calculate the index of the risk of schistosomiasis transmission and a new prediction model of grey support vector machine which is based on the study on grey prediction model and support vector machine(SVM).The new model develops the advantages of accumulation generation in the grey prediction model,weakens the effectof stochastic-disturbing factors in original sequence.The SVM uses those new data to predict.Secondly,this paper investigates the development of schistosomiasis control system at home and abroad.According to the shortcomings of the existing system of schistosomiasis control system,this paper improves the system.The reasonable system architecture is designed.The working principle and function requirements of the system are described,and the suitable development environment and architecture are chosen.Thirdly,the database is designed and implemented,which serves as a data hub for the schistosomiasis control system,storing and managing data for the entire system.Based on user and system requirements,through the conceptual structure design,logic structure design and the implementation of database,the database and data table creation and optimization are completed.In order to improve the performance and reliability of the database,this paper has adopted the performance optimization,backup and recovery strategy.Fourthly,it comes to the design and develpoed of the WEB.According to the demand of the users,the paper designs four users level corresponding to four kinds of different functions.The WEB system is divided into five parts including database access subsystem,data import&export subsystem,epidemic monitoring subsystem,examine&eliminate schistosomiasis subsystem and personnel management subsystem.The database access subsystem encapsulates the access operation of the database into the interface which simplifies the access procedure of the database.The data import&export subsystem is used to import and export Excel.The epidemic monitoring subsystem aims to provide the risk index of schistosomiasis in different regions.There are many examining and eliminating schistosomaniasis tasks.The examine&eliminate schistosomiasis subsystem can help administrators to create and push tasks,and staff can submit task results by this subsystem.The personnel management subsystem provides an efficient staff management program,administrators can view the list of staff,write-off redundant accounts.Finally,a variety of test types are used in the WEB server based on Java schistosomiasis control system,including white box test,functional test,performance test and security test.According to the results,the system is stable and safe.The system agrees with the designing targets.
