With the gradual maturity of Automatic Guided Vehicle technology,more and more enterprises applied AGV in production practice.How to make multiple AGV system efficiently and smoothly run in real environment becomes the key problem.The goal of this paper is to make multiple AGV system have faster response speed,higher system efficiency and no-conflict operation.First of all,it introduces the research background,purpose and main content of the subject,and describes the development and classification of AGV and the basic composition of multiple AGV,and summarizes the path planning algorithm of AGV system.In view of the characteristics of multiple AGV system in man-machine hybrid environment,the offline-online two stage path planning algorithm is improved.The algorithm includes the use of Dijkstra algorithm to solve the shortest path solution of a single AGV offline.The global optimal solution is obtained by using multi-objective genetic algorithm with constraints.In this paper,a dynamic parameters topological map is proposed to solve the complex traffic problems in a man-machine hybrid environment by combining the topological map which based on the algorithm with dynamic parameters.In view of the complex traffic situation in the man-machine hybrid environment,we analyzed the different regions of the multiple AGV system operation,and formulate the traffic dispatch strategy that may appear in the traffic situation,and will guide the application of AGV in practice.On the basis of theoretical research,combining with the current situation of logistics handling in a certain automobile enterprise,this paper puts forward a scheme of using AGV instead of manual operation,and carries out the path planning for AGV by simulation software.It is proved that the improved path planning algorithm greatly improves the flexibility and efficiency of the system.According to the field situation of the AGV system,the traffic dispatch scheme of the project is determined by using the multiple AGV system traffic dispatch strategy.It is proved that the traffic dispatch strategy proposed in this paper has certainly guided significance for the application of AGV system in practice.Finally,the research work done in this paper is summarized briefly,and the prospect of further research is put forward.
