Machine vision,as the main force of artificial intelligence,has become the development direction of artificial intelligence field.In China,industrial gas injection is still mainly manual operation.Once safety accident occurs,it is very likely to cause casualties and the consequences are very serious.It is urgent for enterprises to improve the safety of aeration because of the intelligentization of aeration process.In this paper,the machine vision technology is used to extract the central position of the air inlet by using the camera to capture the scene picture of the gas filling,and to analyze and process the image.The air-filling head is aligned with the air inlet by controlling the air-filling head movement,and the automatic air-filling is realized.The research is divided into two parts:hardware and software.The hardware circuit includes video acquisition module,video codec module,display module,data storage module and so on.The control core DSP is TMS320DM642.In the software part,the image is filtered,binary preprocessed,and then the contour of the air intake is obtained by edge extraction algorithm.Finally,the intake is extracted by the centroid method.The central position of the air port is given to the aerator motion control subsystem.The experiment platform is built and the software and hardware system is debugged.The results show that the machine vision system can recognize the central position of the air inlet,the process of image recognition and processing is smooth,and the location is basically accurate.
