With the advance of the new military revolution in the world,the transformation of war form to information technology.In modern warfare,accurate navigation information plays a vital role in the battlefield command and the effectiveness of the weapon equipment.For the air force,the air combat aircraft can not accomplish the flight task if it does not get the accurate navigation information,or even can not aim at the airport runway to achieve a safe landing.At present,there are at least five kinds of airborne navigation equipment for one of the main fighter aircraft equipped by our air force,but the navigation data information of various navigation equipment is not fused,and the independent work of the navigation systems is difficult to form a complementary advantage,low precision and poor anti-interference.In this thesis,the BDS/SINS integrated navigation system,which consists of the coupling mode,is the research direction to solve the problem of overlapping function,low precision and poor anti-interference of one of the main aircraft navigation system of our air force,and the filter algorithm of the integrated navigation system used now,especially the particle filter algorithm,is used as the research direction.In particular,in view of particle dilution and exhaustion,an improved particle filter algorithm,a non trace particle filtering algorithm and a MCMC based non trace particle filter algorithm,is introduced in the filter system of the integrated navigation system.In order to test the applicability of improved particle filter algorithm in BDS/SINS integrated navigation system,the model of BDS/SINS integrated navigation system is established by computer simulation.Then,the number of integrated navigation system is used as particle filter algorithm,non trace particle filter algorithm and MCMC based non trace particle filtering algorithm respectively.According to the simulation results,the filtering performance of different algorithms in the integrated navigation system is analyzed and compared.The simulation results show that compared with all kinds of nonlinear filtering algorithms used in the integrated navigation system,the improved particle filter algorithm based on the MCMC based non trace particle filtering algorithm is better in the BDS/SINS integrated navigation system established in the tight combination mode,and the output carrier is more accurate in estimating the state precision.High,more suitable for the true trajectory of the carrier.
