The development of science and technology has been changing with each passing day.In today's society computers are ubiquitous in people's lives,and the existence of computer aided equipment in the medical field is more conducive to the work of medical workers.In the field of medical image processing,medical image denoising has always been a very important part.Due to the corresponding preprocessing of the image,it has a great influence on the result of the final image processing.The quality of an image is even more important for clinical diagnosis.In hospitals,due to complex electromagnetic environment,imaging equipment is often affected,and it is also inevitable in the process of image transmission.In addition,many external factors such as ambient temperature and humidity can also cause image quality degradation.This paper mainly aims at this phenomenon and introduces the variational mode decomposition algorithm,and then de-noising the medical image to improve the quality of the image.The variational mode decomposition theory is studied.Through the comparison and introduction,the traditional empirical mode decomposition method is introduced and the existing problems are pointed out,and then the variational mode decomposition algorithm is introduced.The important knowledge points in variational mode decomposition algorithm are described one by one,and the decomposition principle and decomposition process are explained in detail.Using the filtering of effective IMF points in the variational mode decomposition algorithm,the image denoising based on the variational mode decomposition algorithm is proposed.Through the simulation experiment,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified.By comparing with the traditional BEMD denoising algorithm,the excellent performance of the 2D-VMD algorithm is demonstrated.On this basis,an image denoising algorithm based on the combination of 2D-VMD and wavelet threshold is proposed,which is applied to the medical image field.The simulation experiment shows that the improved algorithm has better denoising performance.In this paper,the parameter optimization problem of the variational mode decomposition algorithm is analyzed,and the popular parameter optimization algorithm is briefly introduced,and the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the parameter optimization problem of the variational mode decomposition.Using the image user interface(GUI)in MATLAB,the medical image denoising software is designed based on the variational mode decomposition.The software mainly includes three parts:(1)image decomposition;(2)image denoising;(3)contrast of denoising performance.
