Research On Intelligent Recommendation Mode Of Digital Reference Service

The digital reference service realizes the reply to the user's questions and needs.Based on the development and progress of the technology,the digital reference service has experienced asynchronous digital reference,real-time digital reference and cooperative digital reference.As the user's demand for personalized and intelligent services is getting higher and higher,digital reference consulting is also constantly developing.It strives to achieve the initiative to provide users with digital reference consulting services.The intelligent recommendation mode of digital reference consulting built in this thesis is to start from the user's interest and realize the targeted and personalized recommendation service for users.First of all,this thesis surveys and analyzes the domestic and foreign digital reference consultations and finds that both domestic and foreign researchers have proposed that digital reference services in libraries should be more personalized and intelligent.The research status abroad focuses on the development of digital reference and the application of recommendation systems.The current research status in China focuses on the development status and future trends of digital reference consulting and the application of emerging technologies in digital reference consulting.Secondly,this thesis expounds the concept of intelligent recommendation of digital reference consultation,analyzes the current digital reference service model and its recommendation model,and finds that the current digital reference recommendation model is more likely to be recommended manually.The active recommendation is mainly reflected in the consulting librarians that match the user's problem automatically and match the knowledge background.In view of the fact that the current digital reference consulting services are basically in the state of passively providing services,this thesis has constructed the overall framework of the intelligent recommendation model for digital reference services.And put forward the intelligent referral operation process of digital reference.In the end,this thesis discusses how to construct the intelligent recommendation mode of digital reference consulting from the perspective of the implementation of the intelligent recommendation mode of digital reference consulting.The digital reference intelligent recommendation model used in this thesis mainly come from the user interest information and user behavior information as an entry point.The purpose is to optimize the traditional passive digital reference service and propose to build a space vector model based on user portraits using deep learning.By calculating the clustering of Library Information and similarity to achieve the user's active recommendation.The intelligent recommendation mode of this digital reference service provides a way for digital reference service to change from passive service to active service,and it can truly grasp the interest of users and realize the digital reference recommendation that meets the individual needs of users.At the same time,the intelligent recommendation of digital reference consulting can not only liberate the consulting librarian,reduce its workload,but also increase the user's use of the library's stickiness.
