With the rapid development of Internet and social network services,people leave a large number of digital footprints in the interaction with the physical space of the network.By mining and analyzing digital footprints based on large data analysis techniques,individual and group activity patterns can be understood.It provides good data support for people to offer personalized services and build smart cities.While bringing great convenience to people,there are many problems of privacy.In this paper,in view of the privacy issues of digital footprints in the large data environment,the research and analysis of the social methods and key technologies of digital footprints privacy protection under the large data environment are carried out,There are several aspects as following.First of all,studying on the research status of digital footprints privacy protection is introduced.Digital footprints that are often disclosed by privacy which are divided into five major categories:web browsing,online communications,social networks,mobile phones,sensors and sensing systems.Secondly,the social method of privacy protection for digital footprints in large data environment is put forward.From the good personal internet habits,enterprise self-discipline and privacy protection design,perfect legislation,clear information ownership and improve the design of network insurance model,to reduce the risk of privacy disclosure from the above aspects.At the same time,it introduced the digital footprint privacy protection framework under the big data environment.The key technology of privacy protection in the large data environment,such as grammar privacy,semantic privacy and differential privacy,is analyzed and introduced.Finally,the protection of track privacy in digital footprints is taken as an example.This paper proposes a trajectory privacy protection method based on geometric transformation.Appling translation and rotation the real trajectory into generating false trajectories satisfies privacy parameters.Thus,the probability of identifying the real trajectory is reduced and the privacy of the user is protected.The simulation experiments show that the users have higher requirements for the protection of the trajectory privacy.Compared with the traditional random pattern generation method and the rotation pattern generation method,the geometric transformation based on trajectory privacy method proposed in this paper is better.Therefore,this paper has a certain value on the protection method based on geometric transformation for the protection of the track privacy in digital footprints protection. |
