With the rapid development of science and technology and the increasing level of modern industrial automation, modern rotary machinery equipment is developing in the direction of large-scale,complex,automated,continuous,integrated,and intelligent. But because of the site environment, aging equipment, and improper operations etc, there are always various types of mechanical failures.Failure of the equipment will not only cause major economic losses, but also cause casualties. Therefore, this is of great significance for real-time vibration monitoring of rotating machinery. However, most of the existing vibration monitoring systems are wired.Once the wiring is successful, the monitoring points cannot be changed and the layout cannot be changed either. That greatly reduces the flexibility and maintainability of the system. In order to achieve low cost, low power consumption, and on-line wireless monitoring of rotating machinery,STM32F103CBT6 is used as the main control machine to complete data processing and analysis, and the digital output acceleration sensor LIS3 DH is used as an information acquisition module to collect rotating machinery vibration signals in real time. The wireless module with SX1278 as the core device realizes the data transmission between the upper computer and the lower computer. The development environment of the upper computer adopts Micro Soft Visual Studio 2010,and a new wireless online vibration monitoring system based on LORA technology is developed. In order to obtain accurate acceleration, velocity, and displacement values,a phase interpolation algorithm is used to correct the amplitude of the acceleration vibration signal, and the phase difference method is used to correct the frequency and phase of the acceleration vibration signal. The corrected acceleration signal is integrated once to obtain the velocity signal, and the secondary integral based on the integrated velocity signal to obtain the displacement signal. The STM32 internal timer collects vibration signals at regular intervals. When a new acceleration value is generated, the wireless module wakes up and sends data to the PC;otherwise,it sleeps. And in the lower computer for data processing, this will not only greatly reduce the amount of data in wireless communications to reduce the power consumption of the system but also overcome the shortcomings of LORA technology of low wireless communication transmission rate.In order to verify the stability and safety of the wireless vibration monitoring system designed, the power consumption test and communication distance test were performed on the rotating machinery vibration test bench and compared the results with the data of wired vibration monitoring system.Test results show that the average current consumption in the sleep mode is about 7?A,the average current consumption in the data acquisition mode is about 19 m A,and the transmission current in the data transmission state is about 130 m A,which meets the requirement of low power consumption, and the communication distance thereof can be achieved 2312 meters with good communication. The above data shows that the system has the advantages of stable operation, simple operation, long communication distance, low power consumption, good scalability and portability, and can achieve accurate, efficient and real-time vibration measurement.
