Deep space communication refers to the communication between the communicating entities on Earth and the aircraft in deep space [1].In order to achieve effective transmission of data between the Earth and the planets of the universe,a common data exchange network system needs to be researched and developed.Delay/Disruption-Tolerant Network(DTN)is a network architecture that can effectively overcome the space communication environment [2].The ability of the Bundle Protocol(BP)in the DTN network architecture to store, forward, and host transfers provides reliability for deep-space file transfers. In order to study the impact of BP protocol on file transfer, this paper studies how to perform file transfer based on BP/UDPCL to obtain the best performance. The following research work was done:First, according to the related configuration of the channel environment and the BP protocol, the expected number of file transfers is calculated.Through the RTO configuration under the BP protocol, the FTSRT file transfer model is established to accomplish these transmission times within a single RTT so that the data file can be successfully transmitted.Secondly,in order to have better reliability, establish the RFTSRT file transfer model, based on the performance of the normalized throughput, through the ACK and the RTO optimization model,in the event of interruption, the file can still be transmitted correctly. Finally, based on the ION software experimental platform, related experiments were designed to verify the feasibility of the FTSRT and RFTSRT and compared with the UDPCL model in terms of file transfer performance, reliability, etc.,which shows that the FTSRT has advantages in file delivery time. The RFTSRT has good reliability in the event of an unpredictable interruption of the channel.
