With the continuous improvement of the level of social and economic development in our country,people are pursuing the improvement of their material life while also paying attention to the satisfaction of spiritual life.Tourism as a sightseeing and leisure activity just meets people's spiritual life pursuit.People can enjoy unique natural scenery and experience different styles of humanistic customs in tourism activities.Tourism is the result of the joint action of human behavior and natural geography.Research on tourism has become an important research direction in the field of human geography.The strong promotion of tourism and the continuous improvement of today's mobile Internet technologies have brought tremendous business opportunities to numerous tourism-related companies.The mobile travel e-commerce platform that integrates tourism and mobile Internet technologies has emerged as the birthplace of mobile e-commerce platforms.The emergence of tourism consumers has brought great convenience.A series of e-commerce activities before,during and after tourists can be established through the mobile e-commerce e-commerce platform.However,as the market share of e-commerce in mobile travel continues to expand,more companies emerge into the frenzy that divides the travel market,and the competition between companies has become increasingly fierce.How to seize customers with better services has become a difficult problem that many tourism-related companies must overcome;from the perspective of travel consumers,many mobile travel e-commerce platforms bring convenience and quick service,but also bring information Lost.In front of huge tourist information,tourism consumers are not having no choice but choosing too much and do not know how to choose.Tourists need to spend a lot of time and energy in screening and screening,which greatly reduces the user experience.Faced with such difficulties,mobile travel e-commerce platform based on personalized services began to attract people's attention.The platform focuses on the personalized service needs of the travel consumer and uses data mining technology to mine the interests of different tourists and provide personalized services for the travelconsumer.This article starts from the perspective of self-help tourists,through the analysis of the form of self-help travel,self-seekers travel psychology and behavioral motivation to get self-service tourists personalized information service needs;then the article focuses on the support technology in personalized services--Personalized recommendation,constructing a personalized service model for mobile travel e-commerce,analyzing and pointing out the overall architecture of personalized recommendation technology,illustrating the collaborative filtering algorithm among personalized recommendation technologies,and evaluating collaborative filtering algorithms in an experimental manner The feasibility;Finally,the overall design of the system platform based on personalized services,including the analysis of the needs of the platform,the architecture design of the platform,the front desk,the background of the platform for overall design,the flow of the platform for design analysis and some key data tables design.
