Multi sensor cooperative surveillance and control system is to collect data and information from acoustic,optical,electrical,magnetic and video monitoring equipment,and uses information fusion method to monitor,estimate,identify,track and assess the situation of specific targets.As the terminal monitoring system,which can meet the requirement of the user,the basic judgment is that the application layer can complete the application of specific area and target detection process,and convenient application layer interface,easy operation,scalability and interactive capability can meet the application requirements.In view of the above requirements,this paper studies from the perspective of multi-source information fusion and monitoring system application layer software design.Firstly,the estimation theory,the uncertainty reasoning method,the intelligent computation and the pattern recognition theory are analyzed and researched in the multi-source information fusion,in addition,the repeated tracking problem in the multi-sensor coverage area is solved,besides,Aiming at factual problems existed in fuzzy reasoning track association such as filter divergence,the decline of membership function,the difficulty of determining association threshold and the deterioration of association effect under dense environment.A track association algorithm based on modified fuzzy theory and D-S Evidence Decision was proposed.A method to using logarithm Likelihood adaptively corrected the membership function was proposed and D-S evidence decision track association algorithm with conflict resolution and consistent focusing was proposed based on fading memory extended Kalman filter,The simulation results show that compared with the original algorithm The new algorithm improved the performance of the membership function and solved the problem of determining the correlation threshold,Modified membership function increases 10.96% percent on the average correct rate of track association,this new association algorithm improves 18.26% percent on the average correct rate of track association.Secondly,research and design the control system software collaborative monitoring sensor based on C#,the system application framework based on the idea of the design of plug-in GIS system framework,in order to achieve the system's scalability,reusability,maintainability and easy operation,using TCP/IP communication protocol and the unique characteristic of multi thread and asynchronous the C# delegate mechanism to achieve the information exchange system of the end,in order to realize the coordination and control of the sensing device,based on multi-threaded,collaborative configuration and management of multi sensors,make full use of multi sensor monitoring function.It solves the problems of poor real-time and large amount of data in the design process of multi-sensor information monitoring system.
