Organic light emitting diode?OLED?evolved rapidly over the past several years and are currently dominating the display industry owing to their consistent development in technology innovation,product diversification and yield improvement.Compared with other display technologies,OLEDs offer a higher contrast ratio,wide viewing angle and faster response time,along with lower power consumption and thinner construction.In addition,the character of energy saving,no ultraviolet,no glare,and OLED inherent characteristics of the soft,thin and transparent,it offer more creative application in the lighting field potential,which can realize the lighting solution while the current market fluorescent lamp and incandescent lamp cannot be achieved.Thus,the methods of spin coating silver nano clusters,using transparent laminated electrode MoO3/Ag/MoO3and combination of evaporating silver nano clusters with transparent laminated electrode MoO3/Ag/MoO3 were utilized to improve the performance of the OLED devices,the specific research content as follows:1)In this study,in pursuit of uniform distribution of silver nano clusters and exploring the effect of silver nano clusters on the performance of OLED,silver nano clusters were coated by multi-step spin coating.The interaction between the glow exciton of Alq3 and the surface free-electrons of silver nano clusters lead to the local surface plasmon?LSP?oscillation,which enhanced the excitation rate of fluorescent molecules and device brightness with efficiency.The device is both cheap and easy to fabricate,and has the potential to be used in practical applications.2)Transparent laminated electrode MoO3/Ag/MoO3 was used to replace the traditional positive electrode,and the influence of the thickness of Ag on device performance was investigated.While light is emitted from the luminous layer and through the high refractive index layer,low refractive index layer and high refractive index layer of the transparent laminated electrode respectively,the reflection of the metal electrode can be effectively reduced and the transmissivity of the electrode was increased,which was origin from the difference of refractive index between MoO3 and Ag.Such transparent laminated electrode was low cost and high cost performance,can be used in the preparation of top emission devices and flexible OLED devices.3)On the research on such an transparent laminated electrode,the effect of the silver nanoclusters which was prepared from different method on the performance of OLED devices were studied.The effect of spin-coated silver nanoclusters was better than evaporated silver nanoclusters while utilize surface plasmon resonance?SPR?to improve the performance of OLED devices.The cavity length of the devices will be changed the width of the half peak of the luminous spectrum was narrowed by evaporating deposited silver nanoclusters.The optimized performance of nano-silver clusters was prepared by spin-coating,it was easy to fabricate and has certain application value for the development of OLED devices in the future.
