The research of data mining technology and its application in CRM have been widely concerned by academics and industry at home and abroad.The widespread use of database technologies and computer network technologies in the rapid development of information technology have led to the rapid expansion of customer-related data collected and stored by various industries.This phenomenon is especially clear in the digital transformation of traditional publishing houses.Thus,on the one hand enterprises urgently need scientific methods(the implementation of CRM strategy)to collect customer-related information Systematically,and the pros and cons of business operations are actually contained in the collection of massive data and information,on the other hand,in order to help enterprises to make better decisions on business operations,data mining techniques must be used to analyze and process such massive data and information quickly and effectively,discovered some patterns and laws and obtaining the necessary knowledge from.Traditional publishers on the management of information and the implementation of CRM are not enough,this paper studies the traditional CRM functions based on data mining technology to achieve digital publishing intelligent CRM,and elaborate the digital publishing intelligent CRM sub-module design in the case of Chemical Industry Press--CIDP manufacturing digital resources platform CRM.In CRM,data mining applications mainly include the following several typical aspects: customer classification analysis,customer behavior analysis and market decision-making,this article from the perspective of knowledge decision-making,researchs based on data mining,digital publishing CRM customer classification and customer behavior analysis and the application of mining results in the digital publishing industry to realize the decision-making application of digital publishing CRM to mining knowledge.Based on the application research of big data mining technology,CRM function and knowledge mining decision in digital publishing companies,summed up,the research of thistopic has both theoretical and practical values:1)Theoretical ValuesBased on the application research of big data mining technology,CRM function and knowledge mining decision in digital publishing companies,summed up,the research of this topic has both theoretical and practical values:The research of this topic will help enrich the theoretical content of CRM research in publishing industry.The digital publishing industry is still a very young industry for the information industry and It is also a relatively new topic for the academic community.This project links theory with practice,considered the implementation of the CIDP manufacturing digital publishing platform of the Chemical Industry Press and the customer relationship management strategy of other digital publishing companies.we will try to realize the optimization of the traditional CRM system from the point of view of big data users and the application of CRM in digital publishing platforms based on data mining technology,which help enrich the theoretical content of CRM research in the publishing industry.This project provides a new perspective on how digital publishing industry can use big data mining technology.Big data technology has brought great influence on the publishing industry,which can be reflected in the application of big data mining technology in specific processes.From the perspective of customer mining,big data mining technology has two functions:customer classification and customer behavior analysis.Based on big data user mining,researching digital publishing,it can achieve effective scientific management of digital publishing customers,and at the same time,it provides a new perspective for how digital publishing industry Uses big data mining technology.2)Practical Values(1)It helps to grasp customer needs,create more quality digital content,and enrich the cultural market.(2)It helps to satisfy the customer's personalized cultural needs and increase the number of digital products in the digital publishing industry.(3)It will help promote the adjustment of the industrial structure of China publishing industry in the digital era and accurately forecast market demand.(4)The use of big data for the optimization of traditional CRM systems will help the collection of customer information and value mining,and provide guidance for the production and marketing of publishing.Studying the application of information technology such as CRM system,digital technology and big data technology in the publishing industry is not only the need for China information construction,but also the need to further develop high-quality publishing productresources,prompting the development of China publishing industry towards modern content industries.
