There may have been data loss in the wireless data transmission and this brings a great challenge to the accuracy and stability of wireless data transmission.Suppose that we apply the new-born technique of Compressive Sensing to wireless data transmission,then the original wireless signal which suffers a certain amount of data loss can be reconstructed at a certain accuracy.In order to advance the accuracy of signal reconstruction,this paper has done a successful modification to the reconstruction algorithms of Matching Persuit and Basis Persuit in Compressive Sensing after doing a thorough investigation of the technique of Compressive Sensing and the simulation and analysis of both algorithms are completed.At last we finish the software and hardware designs of the system and the testing experiments.This paper has proposed the overall scheme of the system and completed the advanced designs of both measuring matrix and sparse matrix as well as the coding design of signal.The overall scheme of Compressive Sensing system in wireless data transmission is proposed based on the traditional wireless data transmission system;the designs of measuring matrix and sparse matrix are advanced owing to the analysis of data from their simulaltion experiments and we also complete the coding work of the data points of the signal.We have proposed the modified reconstruction algorithm of Matching Persuit namely the piecewise adaptive algorithm of Matching Persuit.We propose to advance the Matching Persuit algorithm in the piecewise and adaptive way based on the traditional Matching Persuit algorithm and its reconstruction performance in dealing with the noised sparse signal which leads to the optimal reconstruction accuracy under the circumstance of the same signal to noise ratio.After that we apply the the modified reconstruction algorithm to the railway engineering signal and have done the reconstruction of the signal at an excellent accuracy.We have proposed the modified mathmatical model of Basis Persuit algorithm.We propose to advance the mathmatical model of Basis Persuit algorithm in the way of adding disturbance to the model and modifying the optimal value based on the characteristics of the railway engineering signal and the reconstruction performance of the traditional Basis Persuit algorithm in dealing with its reconstruction.After that we have completed the simulation experiments which show a better reconstruction performance than the adapted Matching Persuit algorithm.Finally we complete the system of Compressive Sensing in wireless datatransmission after finishing model selection of the hardware and design of the software of each module and we run the functional test of the system of Compressive Sensing and do the analysis of the experimental results.It turns out,the adapted Basis Persuit algorithm has a better reconstruction accuracy and thus the wireless data transmission is made more accurate and stable gratifying the engineering requirements of the system.
