With the rapid development and application of information technology,scientific computing based on information is receiving universal attention.As a branch,the high performance computing is more and more used in all fields.In the research and design work of the enterprise,many realistic problem exist in digital model calculation,simulation analysis and collaborative design and so on,in order to solve the current situation and difficulty,this paper introduce a new computing method and resource allocation system which can meet the needs for parallel computing in project r & d,test and trial-manufacture stages.High performance computing provides a good scientific computing method for digital simulation analysis.The scientific calculation of photoelectric system includes multidisciplinary simulation,optical modeling,dynamic analysis,thermal analysis and so on,Through high performance computing to solving large-scale simulation calculation problems in scientific research,can improve product design quality and technique parameter,shorten project r & d cycle and reduce r & d cost,so as to enhance the independent innovation ability of enterprises.This paper describes the application characteristics of high performance computing cluster technology.Through the analysis of the application requirements of the enterprise,determines the overall architecture of the high performance computing system,and the design and configuration of each functional unit,introduces the functions and installation steps of the high performance computing cluster management software and job scheduling software,describes the management and configuration of user database,the environmental requirement and landing method of Web access,and tests the performance and application of the high performance computing system.The paper focuses on the development integration and application of digital simulation analysis software in high performance computing system,the analysis software includes Fluent,Ansys,Nastran.using XML to write code,the system exhibits the result of the simulation analysis software on Web page,using Shell program in Linux,realizes the integration call of digital simulation and analysis software.After the high performance computing system to submit computing example,attempering continuously the computing resources in the application of sharedmemory parallel and distributed parallel,implementing a lot of calculation test and operation contrast,we finally get satisfactory conclusion,It has important instructional significance for the simulation and calculation of the research and design of photoelectric system.Through establishing the knowledge database for the simulation analysis calculation and constituting the enterprise standard,the system achieves the purpose of dynamic configuration resources,reasonable application and efficient calculation.In this paper,the author analyzes problems encountered in the implementation of high performance computing system,gives the feasible solutions,describes the future optimization and improvement of the high performance computing system,and gives the relevant suggestions.
