Design And Implementation Of Funds Transfer Pricing Manager System For A Commercial Bank

With the continuous progress and deepening of the process of interest rate marketization in China,the management of commercial banks,the quotation level of interest rate,product innovation,performance appraisal and so on are faced with many risks and challenges.Funds transfer pricing(hereinafter referred to as "FTP")as the role in management of commercial banks is taken more and more attention.FTP system,not only conduct the bank's pricing policy better to guide the product reasonable pricing,but also avoid interest rate risk more reasonable and promote effective assessment.At present,large commercial banks have built FTP system which meet their own business development needs,but the small and medium-sized banks,including many city commercial banks,have lagged behind the research and construction of FTP system.They need to continue to explore and practice.Therefore,this paper elaborates the design and implementation of funds transfer pricing management system,hoping to provide some reference for the implementation of FTP system to other domestic institutions,and lay the foundation to localization of independent research and development of FTP products for the future.This article describes the detail in implementation process of the FTP management system.First of all,starting from the FTP theory,combined with the project's actual environment,it Introduces the main technology and products needed for the system.In the analysis stage,from the business and user needs,functions and non-functional requirements,it analyzes system requirements in detail.In the overall design stage,by using the hierarchical modeling,it describes the overall architecture of the system and the design of each module function.And then,the design and implementation of the system is described in detail by combining with the existing data warehouse platform,reporting platform and outsourcing FTP software.Finally,it described the test situation of this system.This paper takes the implementation of a commercial bank's funds transfer pricing management system as an example.Its design and implementation have been practiced by the bank.The current system is still in normal operation and provides data support for more and more other application systems,Including product profitability analysis system,performance appraisal system,external product pricing system,etc.so the FTP management system will provide the bank users with the necessary data and correct decision support to improve the bank's independent pricing,the product innovation ability and the level of performance evaluation.Therefore,it has a certain reference value.
