In view of the realities of user needs,and the actual demand that users are deeply involved in the process of product development,and the trend of that product individuation and large-scale research and development need to be integrated urgently,the traditional control system is mainly studied in three aspects:configuration software,field logical programming and parameter configuration.Although this kind of research has realized the user's demand self-adaptive to a certain extent,in the development and application mode,the traditional mode of "party A submit demand,Party B to develop" is still used,moreover,there are many problems such as inadequate tool friendliness and high entry threshold.In order to solve the above problems and achieve better user demand adaptation,this paper discusses a design method of the controller's flexible control mechanism.The theoretical basis for the implementation of flexible control is the Flexible Processing System(FPS),which is designed by structured hierarchical design,which is divided into security interaction layer,compiler layer,description layer,explanation layer,driver layer and hardware virtual layer from top to bottom.This paper describes the functions of each layer and the specific implementation of key components such as the related structure and data frame format in detail.In addition to the basic functions such as the flexible port configuration and the flexible parameter configuration,the flexible control system has two flexible functions such as logic flexibility and strategy flexibility,among which,the realization of logic flexibility needs the support of the logical flexible positioning table.The flexible system can receive,compile,analyze,and execute user programs to realize the control logic.In addition,because of the variety of commands and parameters needed to be memorized by the flexible controller,the FLASH memory needs to be planned and managed uniformly.At the same time,this paper designed a set of general data upload frame format,and through the unified encapsulation of uploaded data to improve the flexibility and maintainability of the flexible control system.The flexible controller does not need to preset specific control logic and related strategies,but receives the user logic and user strategy in real time and completes the control function in the way of its compilation and interpretation execution.This not only facilitates users to change control logic and control strategies independently,but also liberate the developers from the re-development of the previous system function changes,thus effectively reducing the workload of the developers.
