As an important link in the circulation of goods,warehousing plays an important role in the production and operation of the enterprise.So the efficiency of the storage system will directly affect the efficiency of the enterprise.One of the most important factors that affect the efficiency of the storage system is the problem of the warehouse location allocation.At present,China's warehousing industry is in the transition from traditional manual storage mode to modern automated storage mode.In order to solve the problem of the disordered storage in the warehouse,the slow speed of storage,the low utilization rate of space and the collapse of the goods shelf,it has important research significance to achieve a reasonal warehouse location allocation.Based on the analysis of the status quo of an agricultural company and the problems that exist in it,this paper puts forward the goal of optimizing the distribution of the goods position in view of the problems.When the goods are in of the warehouse,based on a comprehensive consideration of the contiguous storage of the same kind of goods,the highest shelf stability and the maximum efficiency of the warehouse entry,four objective functions are set up.Using weight analysis to transform multi-objective optimization model into single-objective optimization model.When the goods are out of the warehouse,the objective function of the distribution of the warehouse is set up according to the principle of the shortest route in which many kinds of goods are out of the warehouse.At the same time,the constraint condition build a model of warehouse location allocation.Because of the complexity of warehouse location assignment model,this paper proposes an modified invasive weed optimization algorithm to solve this model.The modified invasive weed optimization algorithm is improved from three aspects:initialization population,seed space diffusion and population partition.Firstly,Logistics system and Chebyshev system are used to make a hybrid chaotic system to initialize the population,increase the diversity of the population and improve the quality of the initial solution.Secondly,the diversity of the population diffusion is improved by using Cauchy distribution instead of normal distribution in the subgeneration weeds diffusion mode.Finally,combining the idea of shuffled frog-leaping algorithm,the initial population generated by the chaotic system is divided into several subpopulations according to certain rules.Each subpopulation performs local search.Then the subpopulation is mixed and combined with the advantages of local search and global information exchange,the convergence speed of the algorithm is enhanced.Finally,the Matlab software is used to simulate the location allocation model established in this paper by the modified invasive weed optimization algorithm.The simulation results show that the modified invasive weed optimization algorithm compared with the basic intrusion weed algorithm,particle swarm optimization algorithm and genetic algorithm can effectively solve the problem of warehouse location allocation optimization,and has better global search ability and convergence.Finally,the application of cargo location allocation to the existing management system of warehouse can effectively improve the efficiency of warehouse operation.
