The Design Of Integrated Video System Model In Intelligence Public Security Of The City

There were several standards and guidelines on the construction of urban public security have been issued by the national development and reform commission,the ministry of public security and other nine ministries since 2015.It explicitly requested to promote the basic informatization construction of public security.The public video monitoring system was a mature and widely used information system in the field of public security at this stage.So far many domestic cities have built the public video monitoring systems,such as the Safe City and the Mega Eyes,which has achieved the periodical results in the public security control and innovative city management.However,in recent years,the information technology has undergone many changes which lead to the general lack of top-level design in the public video monitoring systems.There were many problems in the existing information system,such as the scattered data resources,the difficult basic data collection,the lack of intelligent analysis means of video data and the low level of traffic management information.In this thesis,we designed an integrated video information model in intelligence public security of the city in order to solve the above-mentioned technique problems,which based on the intelligent video recognition,cloud computing,big data analysis and other advanced technologies.At the same time,we also learned from the advanced experiences of domestic urban intelligent traffic construction.The model included the video actual combat platform,the human facial recognition comparison platform and the intelligent traffic platform.We carried out a detailed design on the requirements research methodology,network and deployment architecture,and implementation capabilities.Meanwhile,explain the effect of the implementation of the integrated video information model by combining the T public security information case.In the design process,we will use the different technologies to implement the problems and functions that each platform needs to solve.The model contains three platforms:1.The video actual combat platform provided the HTTP REST mode to read,insert,update,or delete data,and could realize the data integration of the existing video monitoring systems.It also could assist the investigators to retrieve all relevant video information related to the case using the platform,thereby significantly reducing the repetitive manual operation;2.The human facial recognition comparison platform generated the structured description information which based on the deep learning video recognition technology based of Neural Networks.It could realize the automatic detection and recognition of objects in the video monitoring scene by comparing the real time video,the historical video,photos and other images,pictures,data;3.The intelligent traffic platform had the vision vehicle recognition and trajectory tracking technology.It could be butted with an existing signal lamp system,and finally achieves the effect of automatically controlling the traffic pressure.In summary,according to our model,people can design and build an intelligent public security integrated video system,so as to improve the efficiency of public security and public traffic management,and ultimately create a safe and civilized society.
