With the continuous development and progress of the theory of computer vision,computer vision has been applied to much aspects of people's lives,the technology of 3D reconstruction of computer vision has become a research hotspot in the field of science.The introduction of this technology into the footwear industry,namely,the 3D reconstruction technology of foot,its development for the shoe-making industry has a very important significance,and has excellent prospects for development.But the traditional 3D reconstruction technology has defects,such as expensive equipment,cumbersome operation and so on.Kinect is a somatosensory device developed by Microsoft based on Infrared structured light,initially sold as XBOX360's somatosensory peripherals,later it is applied to many different fields,one of the most important applications field is 3D reconstruction.Kinect has many advantages,such as low price,good real time,high degree of automation.These advantages have attracted the attention of many researchers this paper presents a method of 3D digitizing around the foot based on Kinect.The main work is as follows:(1)Data acquisition and preprocessing based on Kinect sensor.The main contents of this part are as follows:introduced the hardware and software structure and the principle of depth information acquisition.Then,filter obtained data to obtain less noisy depth image data,segment the depth image data and fill the depth hole.(2)Scheme design of foot 3D reconstruction system based on fixed position Kinect.The first part elaborated hardware and program flow about the foot 3D reconstruction system based on fixed position Kinect.this system sets eight fixed position Kinect at different locations to acquire data,and select preprocessing scheme.Combining measurement with ICP algorithm to calibrate relative position of cameras,match the point cloud data by the calibration position,stitching and blending rendering to get the digital model of foot.(3)Scheme design of foot 3D reconstruction system based on Kinect in slide rail.Elaborated the hardware and program flow about the Kinect foot 3D reconstruction system in slide rail.This system acquire date by sliding rail with three sliding Kinect sensors,then select preprocessing scheme.Using the color image in relative position to acquire feature and match with the improved dynamic Harris-SIFT algorithm.The matching results for point cloud matching and stitching,fusion point cloud and rendering,get the digital model of foot we needed.Finally,the model parameters are acquired.
