The sealing problems such as weeping,air leak,trachoma could reduce heat transfer efficiency for solar gravity heat pipes.Temperature gradient is a key parameter to characterize the heat transfer efficiency for the heat pipe.At present,manufacturers rely on manual handle touching to complete temperature gradient detection.Some quality supervision and inspection organizations ' sampling inspection testing equipment can detect temperature gradient for only one gravity heat pipe.For the problem of low temperature gradient detection efficiency.Research and development an automatic system for detecting batching temperature gradient of solar gravity heat pipes.The main work of the artical as follows:(1)Research the factors influenced temperature gradient and its response time.The results of single factor experiments show that the response time of temperature gradient less than 12 ? is within 30 seconds.The results of orthogonal test showed that the ranking of influencing factors is filling ratial,inclination angle,immersion length and water bath temperature.Therefore,reduce water bath temperature,immersion length and shorten the temperature detection time can not affect the temperature gradient judgment results.(2)Proposed temperature gradient detecting methods for solar gravity heat pipe.Hat temperature gradient detection using contact temperature measurement and making appropriate cap worn to condenser section of solar gravity heat pipes for temperature acquisition.Top temperature gradient detection using infrared thermal imaging technology to get the temperature of condenser section.The infrared point temperature Scanning type detection method using infrared point temperature technology to realize the condenser section temperature detecting.Experimental results show that these three detection methods have a high consistency.(3)Constructing a automatic system for measuring the batching temperature gradient of solar gravity heat pipes.Including design constant temperature water bath,two-dimensional rotation mechanism,contact temperature measurement mechanism,control system and temperature detection software.The system realized batchting detection and output detection report for solar gravity heat pipes.Test results show that the system detection rate can reach 15 heat pipes per minute,the daily detection capability is 7200 heat pipes,detection accuracy exceed98%.Thus,this system can meet enterprises and quality supervision organizations' requirements.
