In fabric production control field,bring great health risks of staff the noise,hot and humid environment of the production site,and speech recognition technology can realize the man-machine communication,robot remote control technology can achieve cross regional operation of the machine.Therefore,based on the embedded speech recognition technology,this paper designs and implements a kind of remote voice control system based on embedded mobile robot.The speech recognition technology based on the detailed analysis of speech signal preprocessing,endpoint detection and feature extraction based on the mapping ability of neural network and wavelet multi-resolution analysis of the characteristics of the signal details to be extracted,can better reflect the original information,effectively improve the extraction process of MFCC can reflect the dynamic characteristics of speech signal the problem.In order to achieve the wireless transmission of voice recognition commands for the target,using embedded ARM11 and fabric grasping robot as hardware platform,transplant Linux operating system and fabric robot server interface as a software platform,the design of software framework based on.Using ARM11 as a client,build the relevant environment,speech recognition and speech acquisition and transfer instruction;secondly the transplantation of Wi Fi and 3G wireless network module,using socket to achieve inter process communication,complete instruction wireless transmission,and the fabric robot server receives the voice signal instructions and controls the robot server interface button;finally send and display results in QT receiving recognition,man-machine interface,and the whole system will be ported to the hardware platform for testing.In this paper,software design with Qt Creator as the software development platform,the preparation of the C language based on the fabric grab robot remote voice recognition control system application.The feasibility of the speech recognition control system of the fabric robot is tested and verified,and the expected target is achieved.
