Under the increasingly powerful of computer functions,medical imaging has been developed vigorously.Which has make great achievements in the field of biomedicine,and plays an important role in clinical diagnosis.Although CT image can reflect the information of lesions,a single CT images cannot provide sufficient diagnostic information for doctors,it depends heavily on the experience of the doctor and has been needed to reconstruct 3D structure in the doctor's mind.If they analyze and judge pathological information by the subjective consciousness,the useful information is ignored easily.Especially for some relatively hidden information of the focus,it can lead to misdiagnosis and even missed the best treatment opportunity,the technology based on 3D visualization of medical images can provide the accurate diagnosis and treatment for doctors.On the one hand,it provides a rich and intuitive3 D model of medical image information for clinical diagnosis,which assists doctors to obtain the information about the diseased tissues or organs.On the other hand,the three-dimensional structure can be used as an experimental object for simulated surgery in virtual environment,which is helpful to planning a reasonable treatment program.In this paper,it mainly studies the reconstruction of the CT image about the damaged bone sequence.The main work is as follows:1.According to the characteristics of sequence CT images,firstly it makes use of the technology of Bilateral filtering for removing noise and image enhancement to preserve the details of image edge.Then it can automatically identify and extract the crack area of CT images by using the combination of morphological Black Hat operation and adaptive Canny edge detection,the method is proposed to solve the problem that how to locate the damage site of CT images.2.The cost function is established by the combination of mutual information degree,fuzzy gradient and edge variance similarity.In order to achieve the optimal solution of the cost function,the geometric transformation parameters are determined by Powell optimization search.The method not only solves the problem of false registration,but also improves the computational efficiency.3.It mainly studies the key problems in the process of 3D reconstruction,which are image registration and interpolation between adjacent layers of CT images.Based on this,the ray casting algorithm is proposed to solve the problem that how to realizethe 3D reconstruction of sequence CT images and the three-dimensional structure is evaluated from the qualitative and quantitative aspects.The experimental results show that it can be used to construct effectively the 3D model of tissue or organ by the improved registration cost function apply to the ray casting algorithm.
